Delivery: New Hire Kits are subject to product availability, please allow five to seven business days for standard delivery. Allow 2 to 3 days for priority delivery.
All apparel items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
RETURN POLICY: As with any program of this type, the manufacturer does not allow logo merchandise to be returned unless it is damaged, not as advertised or has some other inherent flaw. Each order is customized to the specific size, color and style that the purchaser orders. Please contact us if you received damaged product that needs to be replaced.

Freight is based on standard items and packaging. Items that are oversized, in large quantities or are extra heavy may require additional packaging and/or shipping charges and would be billed on a separate invoice. If overnight shipping is necessary to make an in-hands date for and event, a SECOND INVOICE for freight only may be necessary.
